Your mission

Administration, optimization and extension of the heterogeneous system landscape
Assisting employees with technical issues, including first level support
Procurement and inventory of hardware and software
License and support contract management

Your profile

You have profound knowledge in the support of the operating systems Windows and/or Linux in the server and client environment (preferably Windows)
You have a solid knowledge in the management of networks and network services (ie. Ethernet, VLAN, TCP/IP, routing, VPN, firewall, DHCP, DNS)
You are experienced in server virtualization (preferably VMWare)
You prefer code than click
Ideally, you also have experience with and/ok knowledge of
- scripting languages PowerShell/Bash/Python
- automation tools (ie. Ansible, Puppet, Rundeck)
- endpoint management (ie. Endpoint Central, Solarwinds, Intune)
- cloud services (ie. Office 365, Azure, AWS)
You have analytical skills coupled with a high level of initiative and, moreover, have a strong team, ownership and service orientation
Very good knowledge of English spoken and written, knowledge of German is not mandatory
