Senior Quality Engineer - Cybersecurity (f/m/d)

Your mission
As a Quality Engineer you will work closely with our development teams and guide them towards achieving our quality objectives. In addition, you will support our security goals for products and operations by coordinating our responses to incidents and compliance to cybersecurity standards. In this role you will work both in specific projects and across departments to guide adherence to requirements from process models such as ASPICE, ISO21434 and our Quality Management System. You report to the Quality Director on a day-to-day basis and take a leading part in our Security Response Teams.
Your profile
  • You have completed a BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or in a related field.
  • You have several years of working in a Quality Management function providing hands on quality support to development teams, coaching in process implementation and assuring compliance to standards.
  • Proven ability in collaborating with engineering teams to perform regular product security assessments and threat modelling.
  • Experience responding to vulnerabilities disclosed through threat detection systems.
  • Experience in quality planning, assessment, and auditing within the automotive, mobile, Aerospace or embedded industries
  • Experience tailoring and deploying international software standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISOS26262, ISO 21434 or Agile solutions for embedded software.
  • Analyzing and improving development processes in close collaboration with engineering teams Experience in conducting RCA, 8D and other process improvement activities
  • You have a good command of English 
 
Furthermore, experience in the following fields is of high value:
  • Development experience with embedded software
  • Experience in working in agile software frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban along with Lean methodologies. 
  • Qualified Assessor in Automotive ASPICE
  • You work well within a team and take a creative, hands-on approach to the benefit of those around you.
